New contract, new customer bad service

Yesterday took out a contract n approved n confirmation dept to call same day to confirm so I can receive order by friday which is not what is advertised, called col centre spoke to a rude Phumzile, who told me vodacom has 1000 contract taken a day n I am 1001 they will col when they col, asked 4 a supervisor was told she is busy with coachings its not a supervisors job discription to spk to customers n she ended the call. Called head office to complain they put me throughd call centre again Nonhlanhla told me a supervisor would call, not luck there as well no luck there s well. So I guess I will not be getting my phone on friday as promised and have spent so much money calling vodacom since am with another network
