I am reaLLY DISSAPOINTED IN VODACOM i took out a contract and asked for my pre paid number to be converted to contract, the moment i recieved the phone i rialised that i made a mistake as i will forfiet everything on my pre paid number, i was on a call with a consultant and i told her the problem she said i must call in the morning as the dept that can help me does not work shift, i did call in the morning and and i spoke to 10 consultants and even ytoday which is 2 weeks there is no help nothing and they are quiet, i will never refer someone to vodacom is the service i recieved is very poor sis man.
