November 2012 i took my Samsung Galaxy s3 in for repairs on its screen.
MTN east rand Mall said it will take between 4 and 6 weeks. We received numerous sms's containing the price of repairs and we needed to reply with a "YES". After replying to about 8 of those messages, i phoned MTN today and they said the phone was sent back because they got no reply from us. NOW WHY THE DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IF YOU CANT EVEN BUILD A SYSTEM THAT WORKS!! Tell me why did they not think for themselves and phone us to ask if they can go ahead!!!??? Now the phone has to be sent back and we need to start all over again!!! Its been almost 2 months and we haven't heard from them!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU MTN!!! This is the 3rd time in a year you have PATHETIC service!!! i want someone to phone me in the next 24 HOURS!!!
