Our business has been without ADSL connection since the 2nd of January. We have phoned, smsed, reported faults online everyday since then. The excuses are various, and nothing has happened yet. We are still without internet connectivity. Obviously the 3G costs are becoming ridiculous. I find it silly to pay for this non-service, and really wish we had a modern market that allowed for competition, because as one of the tele-support ladies said to me over the phone, "You'll just have to wait." This is in stark contrast with the service received last year, and now I suppose I'm stuck with this sinking ship of a 'service' provider.
