No Respect from call centre agent

I was just phoned by someone from vodacom (suspected) trying to sell me a contract. I am currently using pre-paid and was not in the least bit interested. She didn't introduce herself, mention where she was phoning from, ask my name and kept calling me "My Luvy". If she had introduced herself and mentioned the above I would have told her I don't need or want one and ended the call. I was unsure what the call was about so I hung on as it may have been important. She first asked if my number was pre-paid and then wanted to sell me something so much better from Vodacom at which piont I realised she was possibly phoning from Vodacom. After this I informed her that I don't want a contract and have spent less than R200 on airtime since January. At this point she kept calling me "My Luvy" which was very frustrating. I asked her to stop calling me her "My Luvy". She didn't. Only after I swore at her did she call me sir. I then requested that she call me by name because surely my name should be on the system with my phone been rica registered. She then ended the call. I am still unsure if this was even Vodacom phoning me. If this was Vodacom, it was very unprofessional.
