Am cancelling my contract due to poor service

With follo up to REQ:2296011 i still have not received my phone nor any phone call with MTN i dont want anything to do with the service provider anymore as I have experienced the worst service ever, after more than 3 weeks of trying to get my phone back since 09/06/2013 i still have not got my phone and the company have the nerve to send me an invoice for payment, yet they dont know what they are doing, they make their suppliers problem seem like its my problem and i am not informed i always have to call to enquire and also go to the boulders store onlyn to be turned back each time citing that they still have not got the phone back. i am with MTN and will gladly want to cancel my contract with them as this has been the worst service i have ever received in my life, i didnt know there was a company worse than the government when it comes to service delivery.
