I purchased a Nike T-shirt on the 6th of March 2024. In hardly a month, it was worn out and the color was coming off. I personally went to Sports Scene at Umphakathi Mall to lay a complaint, but I was met with bad service from the staff, who told me that I couldn't get a refund.
