My wife's cellphone service has been repeatedly cut off for an outstanding amount on her contract and no one can tell us where the amount comes from. Since December 2012 we have been cut off by vodacom and it was later discovered that vodacom had opened a second account under my wife's name. after they removed the second contract they told us we owe over R6000. this was after they invoiced her for R29 000 in February 2013. This amount is very interesting seeing that she only pays R343 per month for her Top up contract. R22 000 was later credited but now we have the outstanding amount of R6000 which they say she must pay. However vodacom can not tell us why we owe this money!!!

This is also interesting seeing that this would mean we haven't paid in over 19 months! Now after 5 months of constant calls, being cut off every few day and later being reconnected due to no one knowing what to do they still tell me they will call me back, and never do! What's worse is every time you call, you start the process from the beginning again, but always end up with the same result. we don't know what to DO!!!
