I bought an Apple Mac computer from Dion Wired in Feb 2011. The term of repayment was 24 months. I found out in June 2013 that the term had finished in Feb but Vodacom was stiil taking the money via debit order for a product that has already been paid off. How can Vodacom justify that. Surely they should send a customer an email or sms to tell them that their repayment period is now finished especially taking into account that a debit order cannot be terminated by the customer at the bank. It is only the beneficiary that can terminate or amend a debit order. How much money is Vodacom from customers in this manner? It is the second time that I am asking this and would appreciate a direct response and not again, like previously, merely a response stating that they are aware of my complaint. i overpaid about R 2000 for my laptop. Kindly justify that.
