Vodacom
Unlawful delaying tactics

At the beginning of 2011 I discovered that my account was overcharged with some unrequested services by Vodacom. Each time that I complained to Vodacom I was Ignored so in May 2011 I got the WASPA resolution 1454586 for Vodacom to return the overcharge monies, and in order to stop the unlawful deduction from my account and in order to stop the criminality that was taking place with the debit order, I decided to stop such debit order for the purposes of stopping the crime towards my person. Today Vodacom wants me to pay penalties for cancelling the above mentioned debit order, they have refused to refund the over paid services and they have not credited me with the unused air time either
To make this more ridiculous there is a Yolandi Nel that supposed to be assisting my to sort out their mess but she is not responding to my enquiries. Now do we need to go to National TV, or to Parliament?
