Today 26/11/2013 we have tried to change our debit order with Vodacom, what a mess, firstly no help at all suddenly all the information we are supplying is not correct according to their system, then they not able to access our account... so what you telling me VODACOM you are taking money from an account every month that you are apparently not able to verify!!! YOUR SERVICE!!! I cannot believe that changing a debit order could be such a difficult thing... I WILL FOR SURE NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH YOU I WILL RATHER SUPPORT MTN OR CELL C!!! I will also not recommend you to anybody if you have someone who understands English let them phone me so that I can change my debit order!
