I booked in my mobile phone at Vodacom Cresta repair Centre on the 29/05/2013 @ 11h08.I was told that it will take 7to 14 working days. Today 20/06/2013 i still dont have a phone. I called numerous times with no luck, each and everytime someone else is giving me a different story. I have insurance on the phone, however its taking forever to fix the phone. Apprently the phone has been sent back from headoffice as I rejected the qoute and now the phone is still damage. Nothing has been done on it. I dont have a second phone where i can just inserted my sim. If this can be sorted out asap. My cell number is 0828646399 or 0721634593
