Atrocious/no Vodacom signal in Sandton

I have a Vodacom SIM for voice calls as well as another SIM and modem for internet, both on contract. Except, the signal in Sandton is shocking. My voice calls cut out or the line is terrible. I spend half my day praying the internet will work, but despite me wasting hours on trying to get the internet to work, it does not work or the signal is on one line only and you cannot even open a small Word attachment. I have phoned Vodacom to complain and was told that they are over subscribed in my area and that they are planning three new towers in Morningside area alone. There is nothing more they can do, sorry. Why are you happy to take my monthly payments and make a profit out of me, when I cannot use any of the data I pay for, because there is no signal. Vodacom seems happy to sell you packages and take your money, knowing full well (and having admitted to me) that they do not have sufficient infrastructure to support the service they are selling. I feel done in.
