I had 2 phones (samsung pocket and motorola xt720) handed in for qoute on repair at lakeaide mall vodacom.
It had been over months before they came back with a quote witch I did not excepted because they took so long,
I have been there 3 times just to tell me they cant find my phones
The samsung pocket I got back but the motorola is still missing
They cant find it
I dont have proof of sending it in for repair because it was bookmin under a vodacom worker thats kind of family and its not her fualt that they cant find the phone
Apparently the lady at repair is ignoring her when she is asking about my phone
More or less my phone is in vodacom for more than 5 month what must I do now?
Thinkingnthey should give my a new phone.
I hAd to buy another phone cause they are taking so long withnthem for a qoute not even a repair
Will never go to vodacom again and will never recommend them to any one...
