I handed my new phone from Cell C in for repairs on 15 February promising it back to me within 21 days or as they say 21 working days! its 14 March today! the 21 working days passed and I'm still without a phone... everytime I phone they just say its at an external repair centre! I'm actually paying for this phone that I cannot use because its at the repair centre for a month now!!! I am getting irritated now and I want a new phone because this phone is still under warranty!!! I have 3 contracts with Cell C and I am sure Vodacom would be glad to have me as a client!!! I need answers today!!! I don't want to hear i'ts still at the repair centre! I want a new phone and I want it today!!! your promise was 21 working days and you did not keep your promise!!!
