I had R160.03 yesterday in the morning later during the night my airtime was not there and i havent been chatting or been on my social networks i bought another r30.00 airtime so that i could receive all my messages but before i could all my airtime was gone i called mtn and never had my matter resolved i was told they need to escalate it with billing and they can only help after 2 hours but up until now i havent received any communication
i was sent a reference number and thats it smc/00003877292
