Vodacom breach our agreement

I received in May 2013 a call from the Vodacom marketers. This was to upgrade my package from Topup to the new reg packages with data. I had a very long discussion with the agent and said I will only except the upgrade if they the deal is that I may back to my existing package should I be unhappy with the new smart package. I called them in early June about the issue. Nothing happened, I then I set off to the Vodacom shop. After 3 hours I was still told to pay for the migration to my old package. Mmmh... that is not what I agreed as per recorded contract. I to see the store manager. A "store manager" informed me that I will have to call "marketing".
I called them immediately, on witch I was transfer between 7 different departments not knowing what to do.
The last agent didn't seem to keen to help until I asked to speak to het manager, The agent to my details down and promised a person will call me back within 48 hours.
I'm still waiting for Vodacom to call. I've been a Vodacom customer for a very long time.
