I'M PAYING FOR BIS - NO ASSISTANCE FROM NASHUA!

I have a top-up contract with Nashua which includes R60pm for BIS. I dont download anything, but when I google web-sites like ABSA internet banking, bidorbuy, junkmail etc. I am being billed! These charges are being deducted from my airtime. BUT, when I dont have airtime on my phone, I can google any web-site free of charge. My daughter and my partner also have contracts with Nashua with BIS included, and they are not being charged for browsing. I recently signed a new contract with Nashua to obtain a new phone, as I thought the settings on my old phone was faulty, but this has not changed my billing status. I have queried this with Nashua several times but have only received their generic reply advising I should not stream from YouTube, do internet tethering (whatever that means), Twice in December I visited Nashua Boksburg for assistance to get my account sorted, and have do date not heard anything from them! I am paying R60 a month and I'm not getting the service promised. I am so unhappy with Nashua!!!
