PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION:
WHY, when I dont have any airtime on my phone left, can I use the internet (web-sites like online banking, bid or buy, olx) without being charged?
My "BIS" access only works when I have no airtime on my phone!
As soon as I load airtime on my blackberry and I use the internet, the airtime I have on my phone is deducted for internet charges! THEN I PAY for browsing sites like bid or buy, olx, online banking - the same sites I browse when I dont have airtime on my phone.
I have been trying to get Nashua to sort out this problem for more than a year!!
I phoned the Nashua help line on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for assistance, but my problem still remains! WHY?
