I really don't know how to explain this whole situation with MTN & its inability to allow blackberry users to download material on the Internet. Its been more than three months now that I've been experiencing difficulties with downloading songs, pictures, browse on google etc... with my Blackberry & now the boring part is I've been calling MTNs customer care line regarding this issue since last year and somehow all the consultants seem to not have a clear answer with regards to this issue or they simply say there must be a problem with Blackberry & BIS, but then for how long? Because I'm not they only person that's experiencing this problem I mean really could they at least let us know whats happening. We pay BIS every month yet you cant seem to use all the features that come with it. Funny enough when you walk into an MTN direct store & explain what your experiencing to a service personnel they laugh or make a joke about it about... Can MTN please get this matter resolved because I am sick of it, I've even forced myself to move to using Vodacom & surprisingly im happy with it after being so loyal to MTN for more than a decade. PLEASE!!!
