The service by far- NOT AYOBA!!!

I have ported my number from Vodacom to MTN- biggest mistake ever- they hardly ever have network and to add insult to injury my airtime dissappears - i call them up and they tell me that my airtime was used upon the internet. that is . first of all your network occasionally works to browse the net, let alone download or stream. i can never do any of those on this "great" contract and by the way i use a Blackberry so im not supposed to be billed for internet browsing. the supervisor was sure in telling me that all this was my fault- i used the internet therefore he can assure me that no refunds will be done- i must just forget about despite me telling him that this has happened to me before and that he should investigate. clearly he had all the answers before he even knew what the problem was. the only solution given was that i should wait for another week or 2 for them to "investigate"- since when does it take that long to check what really happened to my airtime- what am i supposed to do in the mean time- twiddle my thumb??? And they claim to be the best network in SA??? MTN, its the network ever. cant wait for the contract to end!
