I have recently upgraded at MTN and decided to get a Samsung Galaxy S4. The product had an OBF (out of box failure) and I had to return it. I have used a lot of data (which I will have to pay for) to upload all the necessary applications that I needed on the phone for business purposes. They have now supplied me with a new phone (after I have threatened to go to another supplier if they don't do it - I need my phone for business and hence could not wait). However, when I enquired about the data usage they said that it was not their problem. I will unfortunately have to pay for it again when downloading my applications onto the new phone as it was not their fault that the phone was faulty. So it was my fault??? And I have to pay for it because the phone wasn't working properly..??? And when asked to speak to someone who might help with the problem (because he was obviously not fit for it), I was told that it doesn't matter how many different phone numbers he would give me - everyone would say the same and I would just have to pay up. Never had problems with MTN before, but this is just ridiculous!
