I am attempting to run a small business from home and I have 3 Telkom telephone lines. The two newest lines have been working intermittently since being installed last year, with long periods of time waiting on repairs. Two weeks ago the one has stopped working and no one at Telkom can say what is happening. Once I received a call stating someone was coming to repair it but the chap never materialised. I have left "complaints" on the Telkom website but they do not respond. YET, I am expected to pay for this non-working telephone line, and the generous dissservice they provide.
