Our company moved offices in nelspruit, we reported to telkom for our lines to be mooved to the new offie, this was in September 2013. In the middle of Oct Telkom came and put in one line, after many calls, emails and plenty of fighting telkom came out again and installed my other line. For all this time I missed calls and lost lots of bussiness. I logged calls on my lines that is now dead for more that two weeks..and no luck. I had to ge my lines diverted after being rude to my cellphones not to loose more bussiness, my adsl faxes and nothing is working. I using vodacom 3G to be able to keep in contact with my customers. Telkom is very quick to cut your lines if you are late on payments, but if you sit without your telkom lines for almost 2 months they dont go the extra mile... but you still responsible for your account and the hiring of your lines... I think Telkom has the worst service..or lets rather say you cannot compain of service as there is no service.
