The problem has always been the torrents of rainwater that fill the pipes and interfere with the telkom lines and boxes, this continued to be an ongoing problem until telkom's technicians refused to repair the telephone lines, blaming cables, funny cables are in small 1 area but everywhere else they continue to thrive, complaints were lodged, year after year, mostly after deluges and heavy rains, people have been born and some have passed away in the continuation of this spat, complaints have come and gone, telkom has cooked up many cunning plans to diverge from this septic wound, telkom even went as far as attempting to coerce the residents to sign up for the heita sim card when the market was not responding to the cellular network, WHO WOULD? telkom still has not refunded our family the prepaid airtime that was lost when the lines went down, for what reason who knows?
