I have been trying to get hold of Telkom Secunda for three weeks now and have not been able to get to their office during working hours. They do not answer their phone no matter how many times I contact them or at what time of the BUSINESS day I call. How can you as a telecommunications company not answer a telephone? I need answers from Telkom as I have recently had to move to ext 23 in Secunda and have another 18 months of my contract left with Telkom. The house I am at now does not have a phone or ADSL line and I need to know when they will install lines and I don't want a generic escalation reply. I want answers as there are other clients/potential clients in this area that need access to phone and ADSL lines. I cannot even ask the branch as they do not answer their phones!!!
