I have requested a new line to be installed for a ADSL line (Telkom ref: 73342055), and telkom keep telling me that "due to high cable, telkom is unable to assist with my request". This has been the same story for me every time I phoned in. My neighbor has a working Telkom line in his house, and the Telkom box is located within 5 meters from my house, so where is this cable happening, and why is my neighbors line still working, if they keep the cobber lines? Telkom is refusing to come out and have a look to see if the cables do get or installing a line
