Service delivery unacceptable

We placed an order for new line end of October 2012 as we were moving offices. We were promised lines will be installed within a month. reference number 574972-42. we moved into our new offices on the 21/11/2012. when we called to enquire how long still we were told that that there is no infrastructure and we can wait up to a year for this! yet other tenants that have moved into the same office block as us which have applied for their lines after us, have received telephone lines already!!! we run a business and have lost clients already due to Telkom's nonsense! we then managed to get a telephone line form one of the tenants in the building so that we can at least have a fax line and receive our emails! yet another story! lets just say after running up and down to Telkom the Glen on numerous occasions the line was finnally on our name! 0114326084. BUT NOT WORKING!!! Telkom came out and repaired it on two occasions!! we then requested that we wanted ADSL on this line in the beginning of December ref 69023810A and was promised that the ADSL will be up and running in two weeks! came back in January and still not running. called telkom on numerous occasions!!
