Telkom dont attend to Faulty Lines

Hi

For a week I have been trying to get a hold of Telkom 10210, they just don't answer and when I try and log a fix on the website, the message states a fault has already been logged. Please can you fix my line, the line has been dead not working for more than 2 weeks. You send a guy to my house on Sunday morning without notice, looks the phone and says it will be fixed soon. Still not working and its almost another week pass. I need the landline activated as I have small kids at home and I need to contact them throughout the day. Telkom just don't care. Why can it never just be straight forward with Telkom, always a disappointment chatting or not chatting to them. You wanna put ads out all over the Media but you cannot live up to your name and tag lines. I need my line fixed asap
