Oky so after two weeks of waiting for Telkom for new telephone and adsl line installation. Still a bit long time to wait but i was still exited. So today the telkom technician came nice and early and after some tests he told me that the line was broken somewhere and he can do nothing else but refer it to another department.now i want to know how long is this gona take. Ive all ready waited two weeks and i found out that there is only two workers for telkom in the whole worcester area that fixes cables. I mean why are telkom letting people go on early retirement if they cannot keep up with work and servicing of lines.the lines are 100 years old but they keep advertising these great new products.please i want my line fixed and installed by the end of the week.other wise im cancelling
