On the 30th March I took a secondary sim at MTN Clearwater mall a Samsung Galaxy note II N7100 - I was assisted by Tongesai Mashongwa I was advised by him to take insurance which I did. I signed the documents but was not given a copy thereof. On the 26/5/2013 the said phone was - I then lodged a claim with MTN and was subsequently informed that there is no insurance on the phone. On 29/5/2013 I visited the Clearwater Mall branch and was told - that there is no record of whether there is insurance or not - the person I spoke to was Gloria. She informed me the matter was escalated to head office and they would call me back by 31/5/ 2013 and was told to call back without being assisted. On the 29/5/2013 I received an email from Harry Subrayal upon requesting a copy of the contract stating I had waived insurance as the documents were signed at the MTN Clearwater, were scanned and mailed to head office as per standard norm on a new phone - I advised the matter had been escalated to Senior Management matter for re-investigation. On the 6/06/2013 I sent Harry an email requesting feedback as if shifting blame was not enough to date all my communication has been ignored.
