I had an eye test done beginning of august in canal walk spec savers century city , 2 weeks i waited only to get there and fit my spectacles and for it not to go over my ears, the contact lenses i paid for was perfect, the spectacles it was also tilting down ,3 different people tried adjusting it while i was there, they then said i should come back they going to look for a solution, they then called me a few days later to tell me its fixed i went to fit, there was no changes made, i went in about 5 times and lost patients because i had to pass out for my license, went different times to get a manager and then i asked them to please ask their manager to contact me, i then got 3 calls that different people from spec savers aking me to collect my specs i asked if it was fixed they said no, i asked them if they aware of what happen to my specs they said no, their manager never called me ever since and its october and i still dont have any spectacles, also i was willing to pay for another frame i liked each frame that suited me they couldnt they said they couldnt fit the lense in the frame. they even told me go buy a fram at a different store and bring it to them after everthing went through my medical aid . unacceptable.
