I have taken a Contract phone Samsung Galaxy S3 with FNB and included this insurance.. These people never sent any policy document nor contacted me.. On the 28/08/2013 when i called to put a claim, they sent me an email with excess that i should pay and i immediately contacted them to query why they only sending the policy document at claim stage and they failed to answer..

I spoke to a lady who first assisted me and confirmed that a lot of client are unhappy that only when they claim is when they receive policy document.. I made several calls to the company even after they promised to get back to me but still i had to phone them.

Today they sent me an email saying they cannot waive the excess as the sent me a policy document on the 29/04/2013 how surprising.. They have been debiting my account since February without any 1 from the insurance contacting me. It is surprising that they send document only after several deductions.

My colleague also have insurance with them since April 2013 she has not received any policy document from this company.

What kind of insurance company that takes premiums without member receiving policy documents???
