I have repeatedly been going to the Clearwater branch to rectify my gift registry issues and to date i havent been assisted. I was poorly assisted by the Supervisor (Kgomotso) and the Manager there and both of them are nothing but full of. I am told i will receive feedback, even today i am still waitimg. My query goes back to March 2013.
I went to the store 31/10/2013 and requested to speak to the manager, I was informed she is not in and was reassured that she will get my message and contact me asap 1/11/2013. I am still waiting.
This level of service is pathrtic and unsatisfactory. I am appaulled and disgusted by the lack of effort from the store management at the Clearwater branch.
