DISPUTE ON REJECT OF CLAIM

Good day

Please note I have been receiving terrible assistance with my claim by you and your company and all those who are involved in making decisions with regarding to this matter.

Below is the history of this matter which to date is still not finalised according to my satisfaction.

Accident - 30/11/2013
oClaim Lodged with insurer - 06/12/2013
oCar taken in for inspection - 11/12/2013
oNotification of rejection by senior claim assessor - 18/12/2013 (no letter or information was sent over to me)
o1st Rejection letter claimed to have been sent - 19/12/2013 (But I did not receive it, I have checked and double checked all my mail)
oRejection letter resent and received - 08/01/2014 (very puzzling why the 1st rejection letter was never received - copy of the 1st email is now also requested)
o1st email sent to Dial Direct disputing the claim and requesting documents for my record - 09/01/2013 (Nothing has been received to date and don't understand how this information can even take a whole day to be sent over to me)
o2nd follow up email requesting recalculated premiums based on Andile Khumalo as Regular Driver - 09/01/2013 (This has also not been received)
