Upgraded in April. New Blackberry 9360 now in on 28/05/13 for the 3rd time. So far nobody kept us up to date on the progress of repairs or when will we get the phone back. The lady at Lakeside Mall said that Vodacom policy is only after they had to send the phone in for a 4th time, will the consider replacing the phone with a new phone. We have a Business contract that we almost pay R2000 on monthly but they can't keep us up to date on progress of repairs or replace the phone. But we had to drive up and down 10 times already. All they tell me is that (they get me) what does that mean.
