DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE YESTERDAY CONFIRMING THAT EVERY TIME I CALL *147# I RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING THAT I MUST CALL 140 WHICH I DID. I SPOKE TO AN AGENT ASKING ME HOW MUCH DO I HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT FOR BIS I TOLD HER 57.00 SHE SAID OK I AM BUSY ACTIVATING YOUR BIS. IT IS NOW THE FOLLOWING DAY AND I AM STILL WAITING. MY BIS IS OFF. CAN YOU PLEASE ACTIVATE MY BIS AS I GET ANNOYED EVERY TIME I CALL THE CALL CENTRE I GET ASKED A 101 QUESTIONS. REDICULOUS. PLEASE ACTIVATE MY BIS, WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED I AM TIRED OF CELL C, I HAVE BEEN WITH CELL C SO MANY YEARS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET.
