315 business contract with vodacom_OCT 2012

Hello Peter this is where it all started... Took our contract in October 2012 with, a blackberry. Within 7 days phone was returned faulty. We then received new phone. Well phone was sent back for repairs 3 times already!! Vodacom manager said there is nothing they can do its Blackberry's problem! Yet we have to pay our account every month without use of phone. Every time we have to pay data backup, setting up email account and even have to pay for a loan if u want. Well phone has gone in for repairs yet again!! So unacceptable!

Nevertheless Peter, I collected the phone a few days ago. Then again I couldn't accept calls so don't know what the problem was. I also complained about the rubber on the side of phone was damaged. I return the phone AGAIN (yes again, probably for 6th time). I was told that I have already sign for phone so I have to bear the consequences of damage to phone (nice one Vodacom). So phone was returned few days later. I am using the phone now and Gaynor (Customer Relations Officer) said the phone is now 100%, well they said that the 5 previous times the phone went in for REPAIRS.
