I HAVE A CONTACT WITH VODACOM AND I GOT A 9360 BLACKBERRY 0N THE 09 JANUARY 2012 SO BASICALLY A YEAR. IN THIS TIME MY PHONE HAS BEEN SENT IN APPROXIMATELY FIVE TIMES AND I GET REFURBISHED PHONES BACK I CALL THE 0829144 NUMBER AND GET TOLD I CANT GET A NEW PHONE AS IT ONLY APPLIES TO PHONES UNDER SIX MONTHS OR LESS. MY PHONE HAS BEEN SENT FOR REPAIRS AGAIN AND THERE WAS NO BACK UP PHONE AVAILABLE I PAY MY MONTHLY CONTRACT FEE PLUS I PAY FULL BIS WHICH I LOOSE OUT ON WHEN MY PHONE HAS BEEN SENT IN. SURELY I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TIME I DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE WITH ME AND ALL THE UNECESSARY PETROL/TRIPS TO THE MALL TO HAND MY PHONE IN. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND SURELY THE SIX MONTH ABOUT NOT GETTING A NEW PHONE ONLY REFURBISHED SHOULD NOT APPLY IN A CASE LIKE THIS WHY MUST I AS A LOYAL VODACOM CUSTOMER SUFFER. SURELY IF THE 9360 IS A PROBLEM PHONE OR MAYBE ITS JUST MY BAD LUCK AN UPGRADE PHONE SHOULD BE GIVEN IN PLACE OF IT HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SEND MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. VODACOM IS A HUGE COMPANY THEY SHOULD TAKE THE CUSTOMERS FEELINGS INTO CONSIDERATION. WE ALL DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO MAKE UNECESSARY TRIPS TIMES ARE HARD.
