I have had no phone or Internet at my business for 9 days. The call centre agents i have spoken to all give me different answers and have limited ability to assist me.

I have been patient, nice, screamed, but nothing works. I still have no phone or Internet. I am loosing business and tarnishing my client service reputation. Please help me.
