Promo bundles not visible through portal or App's

I have 3 Data lines in devices. Vodacom can for nearly a year not resolve the issue surrounding Promo data balances not being showed on app's or their online portal. The call centre can also not always see promo balances. Don't tell me the only way to see promo data balances is to insert my sim's into a phone and use the *111# service. The IT dept needs new and competent programmers.
