My son has been without his BlackBerry Curve for 6 weeks! Cell C Paarl Mall sent our phone in for repair to the Cell C repair centre in Jhb on 30 November. We received the phone back 3 weeks later with NOTHING done to the phone and no comment in the job card. It was sent back again on the 20th of December and since it has been a comedy of passing the buck, confusion over where the phone will be repaired, if it has been repaired, when it will be shipped back etc. This shop told us about previous cases where phones were sent back untouched without explanation, but beware, they will keep sending your phones to the same repair centre. We are now considering cancelling the contract as this is clearly a breach of our agreement.
