The phone was handed in at Ilanga Mall on the 7th of February, as the camera was not working. When I enquired on the 13/14th of March about the phone Nashua Mobile did not pick it up as a repair. I then phone Nashua mobile and they ensured me that they would sort something out for me. On the 15th I received a sms, saying that the phone was in for repairs. The phone was never booked in on the 7th of Feb and was lying there until the 14th of March. I then had to wait for another couple of weeks for the phone to be repaired. I received the phone in December and in February it was already giving me problems. Actually the phone as only about a month old, because there was an issue with the one that I received in December and this was the second replacement of the Blackberry. On the 10th of April I received my phone. Even though the promised me a new phone, I got a refurbished unit and now the "back" button is not functioning as it should and it closes the complete operation whenever I press it. This is completely unacceptable!
