My Blackberry 9300, about 18months old trackpad started to mulfuction a few weeks back, then the whole keypad mulfuctioned which I could therefore no longer use the phone. I then took my phone, which is still on contract with MTN, in for repairs at the MTN Store in Cape Gate. 3 Days later they said that I could come collect the phone, by my surprise they havent repaired the phone as they said someone other than a MTN repair centre had attempted to fix the phone which is totally incorrect!!! They did not even let me know how much it would cost to fix or offer me a new handset but simply used the term "BER - Beyond Economical Repair". This is totally pathetic & unacceptable as I am paying for a contract but cannot use the handset... how pathetic is that???!! I am demanding much better service than what I have experienced!!! Repair my phone or offer me a new handest or lose me as a custome
