3 Months Later and still no phone

I took in my Blackberry in for repairs to MTN Woodmead Retail Park in the first week of December. I was having issues with the phone hanging and the scroll button often not working. My phone was currently still being used and at the time of the booking i turned off my phone and took out my Sim card and gave in the phone for repairs. I did not receive any calls from the store after booking in the phone. I personally called the repair centre about 3 weeks after taking in the phone and they have confirmed that the phone was repaired and sent back to the branch. This was during the festive period and i was not able to go to the store. I then went back in early January and they advise that the phone was not with them and that they would follow up. I got no calls to notify me that the phone was ready instead when going to the store i was was told they waiting on the repair centre to give feedback. I then called the repair centre and they mentioned that the phone was sent to a branch in Randfontien. Every week they say that the phone has been sent and i should receive it in a day or two but still don't have the phone. It has been almost 3 months. Time to cancel my contracts with MTN
