On the 02 June i went into the Cresta branch and conducted an upgrade. The phone I requested was ordered (branch and no stock) and i was advised that I would receive a call on the Monday, 03 June.
Needless to day by the Tuesday, I tried to contact the store with no luck.
Telephone number listed on autopage website as well as e-mail address listed on the autopage website are INCORRECT. Telephone number listed on the cresta management website also INCORRECT.
Unbelievable!
After eventaulyl receiving a call from the store (still no stock) and now 1 1/2 weeks later. I've gone into the store to cancel.
Attitude is shocking and no apology provided.
