After the utter debarcle at the Cresta Autopage cellular branch, I contacted Head office on the 13 June to ensure that Cresta had cancelled my upgrade.

The call centre agent advised me that they had and assured me that Head Office would provide better service and that I could continue with my upgrade. Therefore I chose a different handset and was advisd that I would recieve my handset latest Tuesday 18 June.

It is now the 27 June and NOTHING!!

Although Cresta had cancelled my upgrage, the manager never bothered to cancel the ordered phone. NO EXCUSE. What a pathetic way to treat a customer!!!
