Unable to contact Eastgate or Cresta Branch

Went in to Autopage's head office in Midrand this afternoon to renew my contract. Unfortunately the model phone I am looking for is not in stock. The helpful gentleman suggests I call Eastgate or Cresta stores to enquire regarding stock as these are company owned stores.

Once back in the office I go onto Autopage's website and find the telephone numbers for the two branches:
1. Eastgate - (011) 615-6581... Rings and then goes through to a voicemail with no indication as to who you have reached - just a message saying 615-6581 is not available - please leave a message.

2. Cresta - (011) 650 6220 - Goes straight through to music which carries on until you hang up... again no notification telling you who you have called, or line is busy please hold, etc.

This is, sadly, the level of service I have come to expect from Autopage after having been a client since 1997.
