Went into Vodacom East Rand Mall to upgrade phone when I received it I didn't realise it had a scratch on the face went to sit down awaiting my daughter who had the new sim card we then proceeded to start to put in sim card then realised the face of the phone was scratched told the assistant who asked me to wait while waiting put in sim card and started to download apps. The assistant said I had scratched the face and they wouldn't replace it. got very nasty.
