After going to Autopage Cresta EVERY week for TWO MONTHS to upgrade they were still unable to assist me with a iPhone - they don't have stock due to a supplier change - how pathetic! Eventually the manager at the store told me that I should upgrade and they will deliver my phone to my house... Within the same week. I have now been waiting for almost two weeks and still no phone. Phoned the store and they told me that they have one in stock and I can collect it. I told the guy I'm on my way and will be there just before 18:00. Arrived at the store and in true Autopage style, they have closed, 15 minutes before they should have - this is after I confirmed with the sales guys 40 minutes before hand that I'm coming.
Autopage and the Cresta branch YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You should close your doors, it will be the only right thing to do to South Africans.
To the CEO of Autopage: please resign immediately - you are useless!!!
